London Fashion Week - Day 3.

Day 3 of London Fashion Week didn’t disappoint. With some of the biggest names showcasing their latest collections, Somerset House was buzzing in anticipation!

In the morning I attended the Apu Jan show. With a live violinist and strong beats in the music, the show got off to a phenomenal start. His collection was simplistic with a monochrome colour palette but this worked in his favour. The oversized, soft brimmed hat and unique ankle-length cardigan layered over a maxi style dress opened the show and set the trend for the rest of the looks. Lots of dark tones and colours combined with long soft shapes!

Last night, one of the most eagerly anticipated shows graced the Show Space at Somerset House. Vivienne Westwood’s Red Label was next up at London Fashion Week Autumn Winter 14.

With somewhat of a 1920’s feel to it, Westwood’s latest collection was dripping in pearls and fur, with a contemporary take on the classics. The models rocked tight curls and smudged red lips - an ode to the subtle sexiness of women in the 1920’s era.

I was also kindly invited to visit the geniuses behind Leutton Postle at the Designer Showrooms and fell completely in love with these shoes! Their collection is simply beautifully unique.

And finally, here is what I wore!

Jumpsuit - Motel Rocks *
Kimono - H&M
Boots - Topshop
Sunglasses - Rayban
Watch - Gown and Oars *

This definitely happened!

Back later!

Lots of love,
Katie x
